Welcome to FERA. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, product purchases, and participation in our brand initiatives. By browsing our site, placing an order, or registering for our partner programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

  • Ownership: FERA is a luxury personal care brand locally crafted and operated in Dubai, UAE.

  • Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Products & Pre-Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We endeavor to display our product packaging, botanical and herbs ingredients, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors and packaging presentation may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on the site are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time without liability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery schedules, cut-off times, and shipping fees are governed by our Shipping Policy:

  • Regular Delivery: Wednesdays and Sundays. Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM the day prior. (Free within Dubai for orders AED 300+; Free for other Emirates for orders AED 500+).

  • Express Delivery (Next-Day): Daily dispatch for orders placed before 6:00 PM. (Free within Dubai for orders AED 500+; Free for other Emirates for orders AED 800+).

  • VIP Delivery (Same-Day): Afternoon delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM. (Free within Dubai for orders AED 800+; Free for other Emirates for orders AED 1,000+).

FERA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete physical addresses or uncontactable recipient phone numbers at the time of courier dispatch.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all transactions:

  • Unopened Products: Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Personal Care Hygiene Standard: Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations.

  • Damaged Goods: Items arriving damaged or defective must be reported to info@fera-selfcare.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos for immediate replacement or full refund.

5. Creator & Partner Programs (Affiliate & UGC)

Participation in the FERA Creator & Partner Program (Tracks 1, 2, and 3) is subject to strict operational and regulatory compliance:

  • Legal Compliance: In accordance with UAE regulations, all participating creators and UGC partners must hold a valid, official UAE media/influencer license.

  • Authenticity Standard: All submitted and published media must feature real human story-telling. AI-generated imagery, synthetic avatars, or artificially rendered videos are strictly prohibited.

  • Contract Cycles: Collaboration contracts run on a calendar-month basis (starting on the 1st day and ending on the last day of the month).

  • Commissions & Payouts: Affiliate commissions (15%) are tracked through assigned promo codes and disbursed at the end of each monthly cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, product names, logos, photos, imagery, and software, is the exclusive property of FERA or its founder, Rica Salario, and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
