Shipping Policy

At FERA, we ensure your luxury personal care essentials are delivered safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates. Please review our shipping options, delivery schedules, order cut-off times, and fee structures below.

1. Regular Delivery
Our standard, scheduled delivery service across all UAE emirates.

  • Delivery Days: Every Wednesday and Sunday.

  • Order Cut-Off: 6:00 PM on the day before delivery (Tuesday 6:00 PM for Wednesday delivery; Saturday 6:00 PM for Sunday delivery).

  • Dubai Shipping Fee: AED 18 (Complimentary for orders of AED 300 and above).

  • Other Emirates Shipping Fee: AED 25 (Complimentary for orders of AED 500 and above).


2. Express Delivery (Next-Day)
Fast next-day dispatch for orders needed promptly.

  • Schedule: Next-day delivery available 7 days a week.

  • Order Cut-Off: 6:00 PM daily for delivery the following day.

  • Dubai Shipping Fee: AED 22 (Complimentary for orders of AED 500 and above).

  • Other Emirates Shipping Fee: AED 38 (Complimentary for orders of AED 800 and above).


3. VIP Delivery (Same-Day)
Priority service for immediate local needs.

  • Schedule: Same-day afternoon delivery.

  • Order Cut-Off: 1:00 PM daily for afternoon delivery on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the following afternoon.

  • Dubai Shipping Fee: AED 35 (Complimentary for orders of AED 800 and above).

  • Other Emirates Shipping Fee: AED 45 (Complimentary for orders of AED 1,000 and above).
